Supplier Managed Inventory Part Summary

Use this page to view the Supplier Managed Inventory (SMI) part details such as shipping information, last delivery quantity and date, and the cumulative quantity.

The information is displayed based on the search criteria specified in the View SMI Part Summary Search Criteria page.

Review this information in the Shipping Information section:

Field Name	Field Description
Facility	The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
Ship To	The location at which the parts are received.
Supplier	The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part.

Review this information in the Parts Summary section:

Field Name	Field Description
Part Number	The code of the part.
Min. Qty (SMI minimum)	The lowest on-hand quantity of the part permissible at the Ship To location. This value is defaulted from the SMI Part page.
Max. Qty (SMI maximum)	The maximum on-hand quantity of the part permissible at the Ship To location. This value is defaulted from the SMI Part page.
Unit of Measure (U of M)	The unit of measure specified when creating the part. This value is defaulted from the Part Information page.
Last Delivery Qty.	The part quantity last delivered to the Ship To location.
Last Delivery Date	The date when the last shipment is delivered to the Ship To location.
CUM Qty.	The cumulative quantity of the part received to date.
In-Transit Qty.	The quantity of the part on the way to the Ship To location.
On Hand Qty	The quantity of the part available in the inventory. This value is defaulted from the SMI Part page.
