Receipt

Use this page to view the list of receipts corresponding to the Advance Ship Notice (ASN) associated with the shipment. To view this page, click View receipt on the ASN History page and then the View option corresponding to the receipt on the Receipts page.

Review this information in the Shipping Information section:

Field Name	Field Description
Facility	The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
Ship To	The location at which the parts are received.
Supplier	The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part.
Ship From	The location from where the parts are shipped.

Review this information in the Header Information section:

Field Name	Field Description
Shipper Number	The code of the shipper.
Dock	The code of the dock where the shipment is received.
Receipt Number	The receipt number for the shipment corresponding to the shipper.
Receipt Date	The date on which the receipt is published.
Vehicle Type	The type of vehicle to transport the shipment.
Transportation Method	The mode of conveyance to transport the shipment.
Vehicle Number	The railcar, trailer or the air freight number.
SCAC	The Standard Carrier Alpha Code (SCAC) code of the carrier that transports the shipment.

Review this information in the Line Items section:

Field Name	Field Description
Part	The code of the part.
Model Year	The code of the part that indicates the year when the part is used.
Engineering Level	The code of the required version of the part.
Pull Signal	The code of the Kanban signal associated the requirement.
Purchase Order Number	The purchase order (PO) number associated with the requirements.
ASN Quantity	The quantity of the part specified on the ASN.
Received Quantity	The quantity of the part received.
Reason	The code that indicates the reason for rejecting the part.
Additional Information	The additional information related to the shipment.
