Advance Ship Notices list
Use this page to view the details of the Advance Ship Notices (ASNs) such as the shipper number, purchase order number and the ASN number.
The information is displayed based on the search criteria specified in the View ASN History Search Criteria page.
Review this information in the ASN History section:

| Shipper Number | The code of the shipper. |
| Facility | The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised. |
| Purchase Order No | The purchase order number. |
| ASN No | The number of the ASN. |
| Ship To | The location at which the parts are received. |
| Delivery Name | The name of the location to which the parts are delivered. |
| Supplier | The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part. |
| Ship Date | The date and time when the shipment is sent. |
| Publish Date | The date and time when the shipper corresponding to the ASN is published. |
You can also use this page to:
- View the details of the ASN using the option. The ASN detail page is displayed.
- Print the shipping documents associated with the ASN using the option corresponding to the ASN. The Select Document Type page is displayed.
- View the ASN history details using the option. The Advance Ship Notice History details page is displayed.
