Customer Profiles
Use this page to view the list of customer profiles. The profile includes the customer characteristics and settings that determine how the application is used.
Review this information in the Profiles section:
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Facility | The name of the facility for which the customer profile is created. |
| JIT Tolerance (+/-) | The leeway for a shipment before it is considered late or early. |
| Quarter Start Month | The month from which the quarter begins. |
| Bar Code in Packing List | Whether the bar codes are included on the packing slip. |
| Kanban Setup | Whether the Kanban functionality is implemented. |
| GTT Setup | Whether the Global Track & Trace functionality is implemented. |
| Problem Reporting Setup | Whether the Problem Reporting preferences are specified for the profile. |
You can also use this page to:
- Create the customer profile
for a specific facility using the
option. The
Customer Profile page is displayed.
Note: To create a profile for a specific facility, the default profile for All Facilities must be created.
- Modify the existing customer profile using the option. The Customer Profile page is displayed.
