Modifying customer profile information

Use this page to modify the profile information such as the address, password expiry date and ION related data.

  1. Select Setup Master Data > Edit Address.
  2. Modify this information in the Customer Information section:
    Password Expiration Days
    The number of days the user profile password is valid for.
    Contact Name
    The name of the user to contact.
  3. Modify this information in the Address Information section:
    Address
    The address of the user location.
    City
    The name of the city where the user is located.
    Country
    The name of the country where the user is located.
    State/Province
    The name of the state/province where the user is located.
    Postal Code
    The postal code of the user location.
    Time Zone
    The time zone in which the user is located.
  4. Click Submit.
