Parts Receiving History

Use this page to view the summary of the receipts for the parts. The information such as the Total Received Quantity, Total Shipped Quantity and the Last Receipt Date, is displayed.

You can view this page only if the Part field is set to All on the Receiving History Search Criteria page.

Review this information in the Search Criteria section:

Field Name	Field Description
Supplier	The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part.
Facility	The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
Ship To	The location at which the parts are received.
Receipt Start Date	The parts for which the receipts created from the date specified are displayed.
Receipt End Date	The parts for which the receipts created up to the date specified are displayed.

Review this information in the Search Results section:

Field Name	Field Description
Part	The code of the part.
Total Received Quantity	The total quantity of the part received, as indicated on the receipts.
Total Shipped Quantity	The total quantity of the part shipped, as indicated on the Advance Ship Notice (ASN).
Last Receipt Date	The date on which the last receipt for the part is generated.
Number of Receiving Discrepancies	The number of receipts with discrepancy in the received and shipped quantity of the part.
