Receipt

Use this page to view the details of the receipt published corresponding to the Advance Ship Notice (ASN). The information such as the purchase order number, part and the received quantity, is displayed.

To view this page, click the Receipt Number on the part Receiving History details page.

Review this information in the Shipping Information section:

Field Name	Field Description
Supplier	The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part.
Facility	The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
Ship To	The location at which the parts are received.
Ship From	The location from where the parts are shipped.

Review this information in the Header Information section:

Field Name	Field Description
Receipt	The type of the receipt.
Receipt Date	The date on which the receipt is published.
Receipt ID	The code or number of the receipt.
Bill of Lading Number	The code of the shipment provided by the carrier that transports the shipment.
Shipment Date	The date on which the shipment related to the receipt is created.
Shipper Number	The code of the shipper.
Dock	The code of the dock where the shipment is received.

Field Name	Field Description
Part	The code of the part.
Model Year	The code of the part that indicates the year when the part is used.
Engineering Level	The code of the required version of the part.
Pull Signal	The pull signal for the part.
Purchase Order Number	The purchase order number associated with the requirements.
Purchase Order Line Number	The purchase order line number associated with the requirements.
Shipped Quantity	The quantity of the part shipped, as indicated on the ASN.
Received Quantity	The quantity of the part received.
CUM Received Quantity	The cumulative quantity of the part received.
