Purge Data
Use this page to view the list of purge schedules. You can use the filter options to view the purge schedules.
The information such as the schedule type, schedule frequency and the time of the purge is displayed.
Review this information:

| Schedule Type | The type of data to purge. Possible values:

| Schedule Frequency | The period of occurrence for the purge schedule. |
| Hour of Day | The time at which the purge schedule is executed. |
| Day of Week | The week day on which the purge schedule is executed. |
| Day of Month | The day on which the purge schedule is executed. |
| Facility | The name of the facility to which the purge schedule is executed. |
| Host Profile | The name of the host computer.
Note: This field is applicable only if the Schedule Type is
Gateway Data.

| Days to Retain | The number of days (current date to the past) up to which the data is preserved. |
| One Time Date | The date on which the purge schedule is executed. |
You can also use this page to:
- Add the purge schedule using
. The purge schedule
details page is displayed.
- Modify the purge schedule using the option corresponding to the Schedule Type. The purge schedule details page is displayed.
- Delete the purge schedule.
Select the check box corresponding to the
Schedule Type and click
. The application prompts
for confirmation of the deletion process. Click
