Defect History

Use this page to view the details of the defective part received. The information such as the part number, defect quantity and the defect type, is displayed.

The information is displayed based on the search criteria specified in the Defect History Search Criteria page.

Review this information in the Parts List section:

Field Name	Field Description
Part Number	The code of the part.
Supplier	The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part.
Facility	The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
Ship To	The location at which the parts are received.
Date	The date on which the part is received.
Defect Quantity	The quantity of the part that does not meet the requirements.
Defect	The code or description of the reason.
Reason	The description of the reason for considering the part as defective.
Notes	The additional information related to the part.
