Manage Production Part Approvals
Use this page to view the list of Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documents. You can also modify or delete the PPAPs. The PPAPs are classified based on the status and are displayed on these tabs:
- Open PPAPs
The information is displayed based on the search criteria specified on the Manage Production Part Approvals Search Criteria page.
Review this information:
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| PPAP ID | The code of the PPAP. |
| Facility | The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised. |
| Ship To | The location at which the parts are received. |
| Supplier | The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part. |
| Part | The code of the part related to the PPAP. |
| Issue Date | The date on which the PPAP is created. |
| Decision | Indicates whether the part complies with the required specifications. |
You can also use this page to:
- Modify the PPAP using the option corresponding to the PPAP ID. The Edit Production Part Approval page is displayed.
- Delete the PPAP. Select the check box corresponding to the PPAP ID and click .
