Defining the search criteria for Closed Premium Freight Authorizations
Use the Premium Freight Close Authorizations page to specify the search criteria for the Premium Freight Authorization (PFA) to be displayed on the PFA Closure Published and Closed Authorizations page.
To specify the search criteria:
- Select Premium Freight > Close PFAs. The Close Authorizations Search Criteria page is displayed.

Specify this information:
- Supplier
- The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part.
- Facility
- The name of the location from where the request for the parts is raised.
- Ship To
- The location at which the parts are received.
- Dock
- The code of the dock where the shipment is received.
- Part
- The code of the part.
- Required Date Start
- The date from which PFAs are displayed. The Date Required and Time specified for the PFA is considered.
- Required Date End
- The date up to which PFAs are displayed. The Date Required and Time specified for the PFA is considered.
- Expeditor
- The name of the user (planner) who creates the PFA.
- Authorized By
- The user who authorizes the expedited shipment.
- Reason
- The code of the reason for which the PFA is created. The reason codes defined in the Premium Freight Codes page are available.
- Estimated Cost Over
- The amount that exceeds the Estimated Cost for the PFA shipment.
- Estimated Cost Below
- The amount that is lesser than the Estimated Cost for the PFA shipment.
- Click Submit. The PFA Closure Published and Closed Authorizations page is displayed.
