Surveys Approval Workbench
Use this page to review and evaluate the surveys submitted by the suppliers. A survey is linked to sites, the type of business, and product categories. You must evaluate the survey to approve the onboarding application. An approval group associated with the survey type evaluates the survey.
If the approval group for the Survey Type is set to Category Manager and the survey is linked to the category, the Category Manager of the respective category, approves the survey. If the survey is not linked to a category, the category managers linked to the other categories selected by the supplier, during the onboarding process, can approve the survey.
If the approval group is set to Vendor Assurance Manager and the survey is linked to a category, the vendor assurance manager of the respective category evaluates the surveys. If a vendor assurance manager is not associated with the category, the application approves the survey.
- You cannot add users to the Category Managers and Vendor Assurance Manager groups. These user groups are displayed only when you select the Use Category Managers and Use Vendor Assurance Managers check boxes on the Onboarding Setup page.
- The Survey Approval Workbench can only review and evaluate the surveys for which the Evaluation Required check box is selected on the Survey Setup page.
