Specifying the work order details
Use this page to specify the work order information such as the shipper ID, expected arrival and other transportation details.
The information is displayed based on the values specified on the Create Work Order page.
- Select Outside Processing > Work Order Creation.
- Specify the work order related information.
- Click Create. The Work Order page is displayed.

Review this information:
- Issuing Facility
- The name of the location that published the work order for the part to be processed.
- Issuing Ship From
- The location from where the part is sent for processing.
- Final Destination Facility
- The name of the location from where the demand for the processed part is raised.
- Final Destination Ship To
- The location at which the processed part is received.
- Work Order ID
- The code or number of the work order.
- Issue Date
- The date when the work order is published.
- Process Code
- The code of the process.
- Process
- The name of the process.

Specify this information in the Header Information section:
- Shipper ID
- The code of the shipper.
- Freight
- The payment option for the shipment.
- Expected Arrival
- The date on which the shipment is expected to be delivered to the external contractor.
- Vehicle Number
- The rail car, trailer or the air freight number.
- Transportation Method
- The mode of conveyance to transport the shipment.
- Carrier ID
- The code of the carrier that transports the shipment.
- Dock
- The code of the dock where the shipment is received.
- SCAC
- The Standard Carrier Alpha Code (SCAC) code of the carrier.
- Bill of Lading
- The code assigned by the carrier to the shipment.
- PRO Number
- The carrier code to track the shipment.
- Remarks
- The additional information related to the work order.
- Modify the information related to the work order on the Part, Operations and Containers tabs.
- Click Save.
- Click Publish.
