Creating or modifying the process
Use this page to create or modify the process related information. You can also modify the operations associated with the process.
- Select Outside Processing > Process Management.
- Specify the search criteria.
- Click Continue. The Process page is displayed.

Click
Add in the Process List
section. The
Process details page is displayed.
Note:
- You can also access this page from the Process Creation menu when creating a process.
- You can modify an existing process using the Edit option corresponding to the code. The Process details page is displayed.

Specify or review this information:
- Facility
- The name of the facility that outsources activities related to the parts.
- Process Code
- The code of the process.

Specify or modify this information:
- Track by Weight
- Indicates whether weight is considered as a determining factor for the process.
- Process Name
- The name of the process.
- Order
- The sequence number of the operation associated with the process.
- Enabled
- If this check box is selected, the Operation is applicable to the process.
- Code
- The code of the operation.
- Name
- The name of the operation.
- Primary Contractor
- The name of the external contractor (supplier) who executes the operation.
- Duration
- The time required to complete the operation.

Click
Add in the Operations
section, to add an operation to the process from the
Operations page that is displayed.
Note: You can clear the Enabled check box to remove an operation for the process.
- Select the check box corresponding to code in the Operations section.
- Click Delete. The application prompts for confirmation of the deletion process.
- Click OK.
- Click Save.
