Defining the search criteria for process console

Use this page to specify the search criteria for the work orders to be displayed on the Process Console page.

  1. Select Outside Processing > Process Console. The Process Console Search Criteria page is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Issuing Facility
    The name of the location that creates the work order for the part to be processed.
    Process
    The name of the process that must be executed for the part.
    Part
    The code of the part.
    Work Order ID
    The code of the work order.
    Shipper ID
    The code of the shipper.
    Status
    The status of the work order. Possible values:
    • Staged: The work order is created but not published.
    • Published: The work order is sent to supplier.
    • Complete: The work order has been processed and the parts are received.
    Date From
    The date from which the published work orders are displayed.
    Date To
    The date up to which the published work orders are displayed.
  3. Click Continue. The Process Console page is displayed.
