Managing the Received applications

Use this page to view and manage the onboarding applications received from the suppliers or vendors.

To access this page, Supplier Onboarding > Onboarding Applications > Received Applications.

The received onboarding applications are displayed in the Received Applications section based on these Search Criteria.

Field Name Field Description
Application Id The ID for the vendor or supplier application.
Phase The phase of the onboarding application. Possible values:
  • One Step
  • Qualification
  • Selection
Status The status of the vendor or supplier application. Possible values:
  • In Progress: The onboarding application that is in progress, is displayed. onboarding process is initiated.
  • Submitted: The onboarding application that is submitted, is displayed.
  • Rejected: The onboarding application that is rejected, is displayed.
  • Onboarded: The suppliers or vendors who are onboarded successfully, is displayed.
  • Signoff: The Onboarding application that is ready for sign off, is displayed.
  • On-Hold: The Onboarding application that is on hold, is displayed.
  • Approved: The Onboarding application that is approved, is displayed.
  • Cancelled:
  • Approval: The Onboarding application that is signed off by the customer user in each approval group, is displayed.
Received date The date range for which the Onboarding applications are displayed.
Respondent The type of respondent. Possible values:
  • Existing Supplier
  • New
Vendor/Supplier The name of the vendor or supplier.
Buyer Edit The customer edit performed on the Onboarding application sent by the Vendor. Possible values:
  • Yes
  • No
Review the data that is displayed based on the specified Search Criteria. The data in the Received Applications section includes:
  • The code of the Received application.
  • The type of business owned by a vendor or a supplier.
  • The name of the vendor or supplier.
  • The date on which the invite is sent to the supplier or the vendor for onboarding.
  • The date on which the application is received from the vendor or the supplier.
  • The date on which the received application is approved.
  • The history of the action performed on the Onboarding application with dates.
  • The additional information related to the Onboarding application.
You can perform these actions on this page:
  • Click View to review the details of the selected onboarding application on the Application Details page that is displayed.
  • Click History to track the list of actions performed on the selected onboarding application on the Approvals page that is displayed.
  • Click Comments to review the comments of the selected onboarding application.
