RFQ Alerts

This section provides information about the alerts related to the Request for Quotation (RFQ) functionality.

Alert Name	Alert Description
Supplier Bid Submitted	A notification is sent when the supplier submits a bid to the RFQ line.
On RFQ Expiry	A notification is sent when the RFQ is expired.
When Supplier opted out (No-Bid)	A notification is sent when the supplier has selected not to bid for the RFQ line.
Supplier Asked Questions	A notification is sent when the supplier submits a query related to the RFQ line.
Supplier Accepts changes proposed by Buyer	A notification is sent when the supplier accepts the proposed changes to the RFQ line.
In case of Sealed auction - On Expiry, when bids are pushed to ERP	A notification is sent when the RFQ for which the Auction Type is set to Sealed and the bids received are updated in the ERP.
When Supplier suggests other (a new MPN)	A notification is sent when the supplier recommends a Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) as an alternative to the required part.
