In-House Signals
Use the In-House Signals page to view the details of the Kanban signals with the status, In-House. You can also view the information related to the part linked to the Kanban signal.
The information is displayed based on the part selected in the Kanban Console Part List page.
Review this information in the Part Detail section:
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Facility | The name of the location from where the request for the parts is raised. |
| Ship To | The location at which the parts are received. |
| Supplier | The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part. |
| Part Number | The code of the part. |
| Available Pull Signals | The number of Kanban signals with the status, In-House. |
| Number of Signals to Consume | The number of Kanban signals that can be set
to status,
Consumed.
Note: This field is displayed only if the
Signal Type is set
to
Fifo on the
Customer Profiles page. If the Signal Type
is set to Unique, you can select the check box corresponding to the Kanban
signal in the
Pull Signal Detail
section and click
.

Review this information in the Pull Signal Detail section:

|---|---|
| Signal Number | The number of the Kanban signal. |
| Due Quantity | The quantity of the part due to be received. |
| Due Date | The date by when the part must be received. |
| Received Quantity | The quantity of the part received. |
| Received Date | The date on which the part related to the Kanban signal is received. |
