Customer profiles

Customer profiles, along with customer characteristics specified by the owner, determine how the application is used. The profiles can be created for the entire company (All Facilities), or can be facility specific. However, at least one profile must be set as the default and this profile can be assigned to All Facilities. Additional profiles can then be created, for individual facilities.
