Kanban Console
Use this page to view the status of the Kanban part, pull loop size, standard pack and the minimum number of signals required for the part. You can also view the number of Kanban signals for the part in each status.
The information is displayed based on the search criteria specified in the View Console Search Criteria page.
This information is displayed in the Part List section:
Field Name | Field Description |
---|---|
Facility | The name of the location from where the request for the parts is raised. |
Ship To | The location at which the parts are received. |
Part Status | The status of the part that indicates whether the number of Kanban signals match the loop size, maximum, and minimum signals required for the part. For more information, see the Legend section. |
Part Number | The code of the part. |
Supplier | The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part. |
Pull Loop Size | The number of Kanban signals that can be
active for the part, excluding emergency signals. The pull loop size is
calculated as:

Minimum Number of Pull Signals | The minimum number of Kanban signals with the status In-Transit and In-House, required for the part. |
Standard Pack | The quantity of the part required for each Kanban signal. |
Created Signals | The number of signals with the status Created. |
At Supplier Signals | The number of signals sent to the supplier as demand. |
In-Transit Signals | The number of signals against which the shipment is on the way to the Ship To. |
In-House Signals | The number of signals against which the shipment is delivered to the Ship To. |
Consumed Signals | The number of signals for which the parts are used during manufacturing, but a new signal is not yet created. |

- Modify the Kanban part details using the Part Status. The Part Detail page is displayed. option corresponding to the
- View the details of the created Kanban signals. Click on the number of signals in the Created field.
- View the details of the signals At Supplier. Click the number of signals in the At Supplier field. The At Supplier Signals page is displayed.
- View the details of the in-transit Kanban signals. Click the number of signals in the In-Transit field. The In-Transit Signals page is displayed.
- View the details of the house Kanban signals. Click the number of signals in the In-House field. The In-House Signals page is displayed.
- View the details of the consumed Kanban signals. Click the number of signals in the Consumed field. The Consumed Signals page is displayed.
