RFQ Events

This section provides information about the events that are displayed on the RFQ tab in the Event Management Console page. The events include:

• Supplier submits lowest Bid (in case of Reverse Auction): The number of Request for Quotation (RFQ) lines, for which the lowest bid is received, is displayed.
  Note:  The RFQ for which the auction type is set to Reverse is displayed.
• Supplier submits Quote /Bid: The number of RFQs for which the bid is received is displayed.
• Supplier Propose Change: The number of RFQs, for which the supplier has proposed modifications that can be approved or negotiated, is displayed.
• Supplier opts out (No-Bid): The number of RFQs, for which the supplier has selected not to bid to the RFQ line, is displayed.
• Supplier Asks Questions: The number of RFQs, for which the supplier has submitted a query, is displayed.
• RFQ Expiry: The number of RFQs that are expired is displayed.
• Supplier suggests other (a new MPN): The number of RFQs, for which the supplier has recommended a Manufacturer Part Number (MPN) as an alternative to the required part, is displayed.
