ION characteristics
This section on the Characteristics Set page explains the ION characteristics for the purchase order and ASNs.
- Handle Stored BOD1 Data As BOD2 Data
- If this check box is selected, the data from the BOD1 is stored as BOD2 data.
- Support New ASN Structure
- If this check box is selected, the new ASN format is supported.
- ShipTo Mapping For Incoming PO
- Indicate the Ship To that maps for the PO published. Possible
values:
- From PO Header
- From First PO Line
- Use PO required date for negotiated date
- If this check box is selected and the
negotiation is initiated for a PO schedule, the
Required Date is populated as
the
Confirmed Receipt Date in the
integrated ERP.
Note:
- For subsequent negotiation of the PO schedule line, the modified Required Date is populated as the Changed Receipt Date in the integrated ERP.
