Field Name	Field Description
Receipt Discrepancy: Warning Threshold Reached	A warning notification is sent when the percentage of discrepancy exceeds the warning tolerance defined for shipping discrepancy of the part.
Receipt Discrepancy: Severe Threshold Reached	A notification indicating the severity is sent when the percentage of discrepancy exceeds the severe tolerance defined for shipping discrepancy of the part.
Defective Material: Warning Threshold Reached	A warning notification is sent when the percentage of defective parts exceeds the warning tolerance defined for defect tolerance of the part.
Defective Material: Severe Threshold Reached	A notification indicating the severity is sent when the percentage of defective parts exceeds the severe tolerance defined for defect tolerance of the part.
Scrapped Material: Warning Threshold Reached	A warning notification is sent when the percentage of scrapped parts exceeds the warning tolerance defined for scrap tolerance of the part.
