Export Schedule List

Use this page to modify, delete and run the export schedules for publishing the requirement documents to the supplier or the supplier group.

Review this information:

Field Name Field Description
Supplier The name of the supplier.
Supplier Group The supplier group related to the suppliers.
Document The type of document. Possible values:
  • Material Release
  • Ship Schedule
Frequency The time interval at which the documents are published. Possible values:
  • Daily
  • By day of week
  • Monthly By Day
  • Monthly By Date
Time The time at which the schedule is set to run.

You can also use this page to:

  • Modify an export schedule using the Edit option. The Create Export Schedule page is displayed.
  • Delete an export schedule. Select the check box corresponding to an export schedule and click Delete.
  • Initiate the requirement document export process. Select the check box corresponding to the export schedule and click Run Now.
