ASNs Published Today
Use this page to view the Advance Ship Notices (ASNs) that is published today. The ASN details such as ship to, shipper ID and the expected arrival date and time are displayed.
To view this page, click the ASN Sent Today tile on the Shipments tab that is displayed on the Event Management Console page.
Review this information:
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Ship To | The location at which the parts are received. |
| Dock | The code of the dock at which the shipment is received. |
| Expected Arrival | The date and time by which the shipment is expected to be delivered at the Ship To location. |
| Supplier | The name of the supplier who published the ASN. |
| Shipper ID | The code of the shipper associated with the ASN. |
| SCAC | The Standard Carrier Alpha Code (SCAC) code of the carrier that transports the shipment. |
| Vehicle | The railcar, trailer or air freight number. |
You can also use this page to:
- View the ASN details using the option corresponding to the Shipper ID. The ASN detail page is displayed.
- View the contact details of the supplier using the option corresponding to the Shipper ID. The Contact Information page is displayed.
