Releases Not Viewed
Use this page to view the release that is published but not yet viewed by the supplier. The information such as required quantity, requirement date and the frequency, is displayed.
To view this page, click the Unviewed Release tile on the Releases tab that is displayed on the Event Management Console page.
Review this information:
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Facility | The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised. |
| Ship To | The location at which the parts are received. |
| Supplier | The name of the supplier. |
| Customer Part | The code of the part. |
| Requirement Date | The date on which the parts are required. |
| Based | Indicates whether the Requirement Date is the date on which the parts must be shipped, or the date when the parts must be delivered, based on the Ship Delivery code on the Schedule page. |
| Frequency | The frequency at which the part is required.
Possible values:

| Quantity | The quantity of the part required. |
| RAN | The Receipt Authorization Number (RAN) associated with the requirement. |
You can also use this page to:
- View the details of the release using the option corresponding to the release. The Schedule page is displayed.
- View the contact information of the supplier using the option corresponding to the release. The Contact Information page is displayed.
