Pending AETC
Use this page to view the Authorized Excess Transportation Cost (AETC) shipping requests that are awaiting approval. The information such as the AETC number, ship date and request date, is displayed.
To view this page, click the Pending AETC tile on the Shipments tab that is displayed in the Event Management Console page.
Review this information:
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Supplier | The name of the supplier who sent the AETC request. |
| Facility | The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised. |
| Ship To | The location at which the parts are received. |
| Shipper No. | The code of the shipper. |
| Status | The status of the AETC request. |
| AETC No. | The Authorized Excess Transportation Cost (AETC) code assigned to the expedited shipment indicates that the shipping cost that exceeds the contractual terms is permitted. |
| Ship Date | The date on which the parts are shipped. |
| Request Date | The date on which the supplier requested for the AETC approval. |
You can view the shipping AETC request details using the option corresponding to the AETC request. The Request Details page is displayed.
