DPR Reason Code List
Use this page to view the list of Delivery Performance Review (DPR) reason codes for the selected facility. You can create, modify and delete the reason codes.
Review this information in the Search Criteria and Code List sections:
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Facility | The facility for which the reason codes are defined. |
| Code | The code to indicate the delivery performance issue. |
| Reason | The description of the reason code. |
| Demerits | The number of points for the delivery issue. |
You can also use this page to:
- Create the DPR reason code.
- Modify the DPR reason code using the option. The Reason Code page is displayed.
- Delete the DPR reason code using the option. The application prompts for the confirmation of the deletion process. Click .
