Adding claim code to a Delivery Performance Review

Use this page to add a claim code to the Delivery Performance Review (DPR). These codes are used to claim the amount corresponding to the DPR from the suppliers.

  1. Select Delivery Performance > Create DPR.
  2. Specify the criteria.
  3. Click Continue. The Delivery Performance Review page is displayed.
  4. Click Add on the Claims tab. The DPR Codes page is displayed.
  5. Select the check box corresponding to the code and click Add. The claim code is added to the DPR.
