DPR Claim Code List
Use this page to view the list of claim codes for the Delivery Performance Review (DPR). You can also add, modify and delete the claim codes. Claim codes are used to claim amounts from the supplier.
Review this information in the Search Criteria section:

| Facility | The code of the facility for which the DPR claim codes are defined. |
Review this information in the Code List section:
| Field Name | Field Description |
|---|---|
| Code | The code of the claim code. |
| Description | The description of the claim code. |
| Amount | The amount to be claimed from the supplier. |
You can also use this page to:
- Add the claim codes using the option. The Claim Code page is displayed.
- Modify the claim code using the option corresponding to the Code. The Claim Code page is displayed.
- Delete the claim code. Select the check box corresponding to the Code and click .
