Reason Code
Use the Reason Code page to view the list of Defective Material Notice (DMN) reason codes. These codes indicate the reason for the defect.
You can view this page only if the Code Type is set to Reason on the Setup DMN Codes Search Criteria page.
Review this information in the Code List section:
| Field Name | Field Description |

| Code | The code that indicates the reason for the non-conformance. |
| Reason | The description of the non-conformance. |
You can also use this page to:
- Add the reason code using the option. The Reason Code detail page is displayed.
- Modify a reason code using the option. The Reason Code detail page is displayed.
- Delete the reason code. Select the check box corresponding to the Code and click .
