Document Management Alerts

This section provides information about the alerts related to the Document Management functionality.

Field Name	Field Description
Document Expired	A notification is sent when the document uploaded by the supplier is expired.
Documents Expiring in 1..10 days	An alert is sent when the number of days remaining for the document uploaded by the supplier, to expire is within the next ten days.
Documents Expiring in 11..30 days	An alert is sent when the number of days remaining for the document uploaded by the supplier, to expire is more than ten days and less than or equal to 30 days.
Documents Expiring in 31..60 days	An alert is sent when the number of days remaining for the document uploaded by the supplier, to expire is more than 30 days and less than or equal to 60 days.
Documents Expiring in 61..90 days	An alert is sent when the number of days remaining for the document uploaded by the supplier, to expire is more than 60 days and less than or equal to 90 days.
Document Response Past Due Date	A notification is sent when the current date has exceeded the Respond By Date and the supplier has not sent the response.
