Reviewing the file attachment setup
- Select Customer Profiles > Edit. The Customer Profiles setup page is displayed.
 - Click Setup corresponding to the Enable Attachment Types field. The Attachment Types page is displayed.
 - 
				Review this information:
				
- Code
 - The defined code for the attachment.
 - Name
 - The name of the attachment type.
 - Active
 - This indicates whether the attachment type is active.
 - Used in count
 - Warn Only
 - If this check box is selected, the business document can be published without attaching the file.
 - Mandatory
 - If this check box is selected, the specified file must be attached to publish the business document.
 - Mandatory Rule
 - The type of mandatory rule.
 
Note: You can view few columns only for specific business document. - 
				Click the Set Rule option to
					specify the different set of rules for mandatory attachment.
				Note: You can also use the page to:
- Modify the attachment type using the Edit option.
 - Defining a new attachment type using the Add Attachment Type page.
 - Delete an existing attachment type using the Delete option.
 - View the details of the specified business document using the Filter by Document field.
