Creating or modifying the Document Profile (Email)
Use this page to create or modify the profile for the documents to be attached to the email notification.
- Select Communications > Define Documents.

Click
Add. The
Document Profile Details page is displayed. To
modify an existing profile for the document, click
Edit corresponding to the
document format in the Documents For Email Copy section.

Specify or modify this information:
- Document Type
- The document to be transferred. For example, Material Release and Advance Shipment Notice (ASN). The document types are determined by the user profile (customer or supplier).
- File Format
- The format in
which file is exported. Possible values:
- CSV
- XML
- X12
- EDIFACT
- PXML
- VDA
- ODETTE
- OXML
- Attach File
- Indicates whether the document is attached to the email notification.
- Contact Name 1
- The user to whom an email notification is sent when the document is published.
- Click Submit.
