Metrics components

The categories, tests, and ratings must be selected to be included in the metric reports. The supplier performance is evaluated based on these metrics. By default all the categories, tests, and ratings are selected. Custom metric categories must be added to include custom tests in the metric reports.

The ratings can be defined at these levels:

• Overall Score: The ratings (Excellent, Good and so on) used in the reports for the overall assessment.
• Categories: The categories used in the reports to determine the ratings available for the overall assessment.
• Tests: The tests used in the reports are based on the categories. The ratings available for the assessment of the tests are determined for each test.

The selected default rating can be applied to all categories and tests on the Metrics Components page. The custom metrics test can also be added or updated on this page.
