Surveys
Surveys are conducted to collect additional information from a supplier or vendor. The surveys functionality enables you to create surveys and link the published surveys to the sites, product categories, and business types. Survey responses can be received from a supplier or vendor. Surveys can also be sent to existing suppliers. The survey responses can only be evaluated by the Approval group assigned to the survey type. When the user in the Approval group approves or rejects the survey, a notification is sent to the supplier or vendor.
