Delivery Performance Review reason codes

Delivery Performance Review (DPR) reason codes are specified for DPR. The reason codes are used to explain the performance issues and assign a demerit quantity. The codes can be created for all facilities or a facility. Codes attached to the (imported) DPRs are added automatically to the system for the facility on the DPR page.
