Specifying the staged schedule information

  1. Select Demand > Create Staged Schedules. The Staged Schedule Detail page is displayed.
    Note: You can filter the data based on the information specified in the Search Criteria section.
  2. Click Add in the Part Information section. The Schedule Detail page is displayed.
  3. Review the schedule related information in the Schedule Information section.
  4. Specify this information on the Part Information tab:
    Part Number
    The code of the part.
    Engineering Level
    The code that indicates the required version of the part.
    Model Year
    The code of the part that indicates the year when the part is used.
    Unit Of Measure
    The unit of measure for the ordered quantity of the part.
    Purchase Order Number
    The Purchase Order (PO) number associated with the requirement.
    Purchase Order Line Number
    The PO line number for the parts associated with the requirement.
    Cumulative Start Date
    The date from which the cumulative quantity of the part is calculated.
    CUM Received
    The total quantity of the parts received.
    Part Release Status
    The status of the part at the time of the release. For example, B (balance out) can indicate that the part is being phased out or a F (final code) can indicate that this is the final release for the part.
    Last Ship Date
    The date when the previous shipment for the part is received.
    Last Ship Quantity
    The quantity of the part received in the last shipment.
    Last Ship Notice
    The code or number of the advance ship notice (ASN) related to the last shipment for the part.
    Dock
    The code of the dock where the shipment is received.
    Contact Name
    The name of the user associated with the requirements.
    Contact Phone
    The telephone number of the user specified in Contact Name.
    Contact Email
    The email ID of the user specified in Contact Name.
    Contact Fax
    The fax number of the user specified in Contact Name.
    New Part
    Select this check box to indicate that the specified item is new.
  5. Specify this information on the Material Release Information tab.
    Fabrication Date
    The date from when the quantity of parts a supplier is authorized to have on hand, is monitored.
    Fabrication CUM Quantity
    The quantity of the part that the supplier is authorized to have on hand.
    CUM Required Prior
    The total quantity of the part for which the demand is raised prior to the current requirement.
    Material Date
    The date from when the quantity of the raw material for parts, a supplier is authorized to have on hand, is monitored.
    Material CUM Quantity
    The total quantity of the material the supplier is authorized to purchase.
    CUM Shipped (YTD)
    The cumulative quantity of parts that is shipped, including the recent shipment.
  6. Specify the information in the Additional Information section:
    Note: The fields are displayed based on the Flex Fields specified on the Company Info Flex Fields page.
  7. Click Add on the Requirement Information tab. The Requirement Information window is displayed, wherein you can specify the information related to the requirement.
    Note: This option is displayed only if the part information is specified and saved.
  8. Specify this information in the Requirement Information window:
    Type
    The type of requirement. Possible values:
    • Firm
    • Plan
    • Immediate
    • Backlog
    Frequency
    The frequency at which the part is required. Possible values:
    • Weekly
    • Flexible
    • JIT (Just-in-time)
    • Monthly
    Date / Time
    The date and time by which the part is required.
    Quantity
    The quantity of the part required.
    Pull Signal
    The pull signal associated with the requirement.
    End Date
    The date up to which the requirement for the part is published.
  9. Click Save. The Requirement Information is saved.
  10. Click Save. The Schedule Information is saved.
