Defining the search criteria for Advance Ship Notices

Use this page to define the search criteria for the Advance Ship Notice (ASN) that are displayed on the ASN History page.

  1. Select Shipments > View ASNs.
  2. Specify this information:
    Supplier
    The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part.
    Facility
    The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised.
    Note: This value is defaulted from the Default Facility field on the User Profile page.
    Ship To
    The location at which the parts are received.
    Note: 
    • You must select the DropShipTo value in this field in case the shipment is delivered at an address other than the specified ShipTo location.
    • This value is defaulted from the Default Ship To field on the User Profile page.
    Delivery Name
    The name of the location to which the parts are delivered.
    Purchase Order Number
    The purchase order (PO) number.
    ASN No.
    The ASN number associated with the shipment.
    Note: You can also search for a specific Advanced shipping notice with the Shipper number.
    Publish Start Date
    The date from which the published ASNs are displayed.
    Publish End Date
    The date up to which the published ASNs are displayed.
    Status
    The status of the ASN. Possible values:
    • Open: The corresponding receipt is not published.
    • Closed: The corresponding receipt is published.
  3. Click Continue. The ASN History page is displayed.
