Adding or modifying the ShipTo information

Use this page to create or modify the ShipTo information related to a facility.

  1. Select Master Data Management > Facilities. The Facility List page is displayed.
  2. Click View. The Facility details page is displayed.
  3. Click the Add option on the ShipTo tab. The ShipTo information page is displayed.
    Note: You can modify an existing ShipTo details using the View option displayed on the ShipTo tab.
  4. Specify this information on the Address tab.
    Name
    The name of the ShipTo location that must be linked to the facility.
    Ship To ID
    The code of the ShipTo location. This ID is used to link the application data with other systems.
    Contact Name
    The point of contact for the ShipTo location.
    Default ShipTo
    Select this check box to set this location as the default ShipTo location.
    City
    The name of the city where the ShipTo address is located.
    Postal Code
    The postal code of the city where the ShipTo address is located.
    Country
    The name of the country where the ShipTo address is located.
    State/Province
    The name of the state/province where the ShipTo address is located.
    Time Zone
    The time zone in which the facility is located.
  5. Click Submit.
