Non-Conformance

Non-conformance refers to the deviation of the product or service from the requirement or specified standards. A non-conformance is initiated by the customer if the parts issued by the supplier deviate from the specified standards or requirements. Based on the non-conformance reported, a non-conformance code is assigned, and the corrective action is provided by the supplier.
