Attribute mapping for outbound documents
If a file attached to a business document is sent from Supplier Exchange to the Integrated application through IDM, you must define the
attributes for this document in Supplier Exchange. You must create a document type
in Infor Document Management (with the same name) that you defined on the IDM Document Setup page in Supplier Exchange and add
the attributes. These attributes must be same as defined for the outbound business document in
Supplier Exchange.
Note: The attachments sent from Supplier Exchange can only be read when
these attributes are defined in an integrated ERP.
These files can be attached at the header or line level of the business documents. Document type must be defined in Supplier Exchange and in Infor Document Management. This enables users to search for an attachment/file in Infor Document Management.
