Managing Division

Use this page to manage the divisions that are associated with a company. Divisions represent the operational units, plants or departments in the customer organization.

Note: This functionality is enabled only if the Enable Division check box is selected on the Customer page.

To access this page, you can select Master Data Management > Divisions.

You can use these options on the page:

  • View: Enables you to view or modify a specific division on the Division details page.
  • Add: Enables you to add a division on the Division details page. See: Adding Divisions
  • Active: Enables you to set a division as active.
    Note: A user with the administrator role can set a division as active.
