Alerts

Using the email alert, you can monitor the account status without logging on to the application. You can customize the alerts for various events using the product groups and tolerance levels. When an event occurs, a notification is sent to the email address specified in the user profile. If the user is not assigned a restriction group, the notifications related to the Customer, Facility and Ship To are sent separately.
