Defining the search criteria to receive parts for processing

Use Receive page to specify the search criteria for the parts, received for processing, that are displayed on the Parts page.

  1. Select Outside Processing > Receive. The Receive Search Criteria page is displayed.
  2. Specify this information:
    Previous Facility
    The name of the location from where the part is received. This value can be either the originating facility or the last facility where an operation is performed on the part.
    Ship From
    The location at the Previous Facility from where the part is received.
    Next Facility
    The location to which the processed part is shipped.
    Ship To
    The location at the Next Facility to which the processed part is shipped.
    Process
    The code of the process.
    Work Order ID
    The code of the work order.
    Part
    The customer defined code of the part.
  3. Click Continue. The Parts list page is displayed.
