Document management events

This section provides information about the events that are displayed on the Document Management tab in the Event Management Console page. The events include:

• Documents Not Responded: The number of documents for which the current date has exceeded the specified Respond By Date, is displayed.
• Documents Response Past Due Date: The number of documents for which the response is not sent by the specified Respond By Date, is displayed.
• Documents Expired: The number of documents for which the current date has exceeded the expiry date, is displayed.
• Documents Expiring in 1..10 days: The number of documents, for which the number of days remaining prior to the expiry date is within the next ten days, is displayed.
• Documents Expiring in 11..30 days: The number of documents, for which the number of days remaining prior to the expiry date is more than ten days and less than or equal to 30 days, is displayed.
• Documents Expiring in 31..60 days: The number of documents, for which the number of days remaining prior to the expiry date is more than 30 days and less than or equal to 60 days, is displayed.
• Documents Expiring in 61..90 days: The number of documents, for which the number of days remaining prior to the expiry date is more than 60 days and less than or equal to 90 days.
