Kanban Console
Use this page to view the status of a Kanban part, pull loop size, standard pack and the minimum number of signals required for the part. You can also view the number of Kanban signals for the part in each status.
The information is displayed based on the search criteria specified in the View Console Search Criteria page.
Review this information in the Part List section:
Field Name | Field Description |
---|---|
Facility | The name of the location from where the demand for the parts is raised. |
Ship To | The location to which the parts are shipped. |
Part Status | The status of the part that indicates whether the number of Kanban signals match the loop size and maximum, and minimum signals required for the part. See the Legend section for more information. |
Part Number | The customer defined code of the part. |
Supplier | The name of the supplier responsible for supplying the part. |
Pull Loop Size | he number of Kanban signals that can be
active for the part, excluding emergency signals. The pull loop size is
calculated as: Pull Loop = (ADVV * (DF + MT + TT + OP) + SS) /
STD.PACK
Abbreviations:

Minimum Number of Pull Signals | The minimum number of Kanban signals with the status In-Transit and In-House, that is required for the part. |
Standard Pack | The quantity of the part required for each Kanban signal. |
Created Signals | The number of signals with the status Created. |
At Supplier Signals | The number of signals received as demand. |
In-Transit Signals | The number of signals against which the shipment is on the way to the Ship To. |
In-House Signals | The number of signals against which the shipment is delivered to the Ship To. |
Consumed Signals | The number of signals for which the customer has used the parts during manufacturing, but a new signal is not created. |
