Deleting shippers

Any shipper that has not been published as an Advance Ship Notice (ASN) can be deleted.

When an open shipper is deleted, the demand the shipper was fulfilling becomes "un-fulfilled" and the requirements can be shipped against on a different shipper. Deleted shippers cannot be retrieved.

To delete a shipper:

  1. Select Shipments > View Shippers.
  2. Select the search criteria.
  3. Click Continue.
  4. Select the shippers to be deleted.
  5. At the bottom of the list, click Delete.
