Defining the search criteria for File Status
Use this page to define the search criteria for the files that must
be displayed based on the file status.
Note: You can also download the files and view the associated messages
To define the search criteria:
- Select Communications > File Status.

Specify this information:
- File Type
- The document type that is imported or exported.
- Current File Status
- The status of the file. Possible values:
- Success
- Failed
- Success With Errors
- Stage
- The status of the file that is processed.
- Starting File Creation Date
- The date on which the file processing is started.
- Ending File Creation Date
- The date on which the file processing is completed.
- Click Submit. The File List section is displayed.

Review this information:
- Type
- A list of import or export document types. Incoming documents that are received by regular FTP or Van host profiles are referred as Inbound. These documents can contain more than one type, before the documents are split apart and processed.
- Status
- The status of the file that is processed such as a Failure, Success, or Success with Exception.
- Creation Date
- The date and time at which the file is created.
- Original File Name/Internal File Name
- The published original name or generated name of the file.
- File Size
- The size of the file (kb).

Click the Messages
View to view the details
of a communication file.
Note:
- You can use the File View option to review the file.
- You can use the Download option to download and review the file.
