Defining the search criteria for File Status
Use this page to specify the search criteria to view the details of the files related to the customer selected in the Please select a Tenant page.
To specify the search criteria:
- Select Log > File Status. The Please select a Tenant page is displayed.
- Select Tenant.
- Click Continue. The File Status Search Criteria page is displayed.

Specify this information:
- File Type
- The document type that is imported or exported.
- Current File Status
- The status of the file. Possible values:
- Success
- Failed
- Success With Errors
- Starting File Creation Date
- The date on which the file processing started.
- Ending File Creation Date
- The date on which the file processing is completed.
- User Type
- The type of user who owns the documents.
- Supplier
- The name of the
supplier to whom the user belongs.
Note: This field is enabled only if the User Type is A Specific User.
- Van
- The Virtual Area Network (VAN) to
which the user belongs.
Note: This field is enabled only if the User Type is A Specific User.
- Click Submit. The File List section is displayed.
